AUTOMATION OF MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGIES WITH UTILISATION OF INDUSTRIAL ROBOTS

Print

Industrial robots are important elements of automated production systems. Robots as programmable devices used in automatized batch or mass products production are often reprogramed to adapt themselves on the new product production changes. This time-consuming programming causes a decrease of manufacturing productivity. Therefore today robots can be reprogrammed by “offline” way too. The robot´s new control programme creation doesn´t limit the manufacturing process that is cur-rently in progress at the plant. In addition, offline programming contributes to reduction of the period of the new product production starting. The article presents our practical experiences with utilisation of offline programme Fanuc Roboguide for solution of tasks of automation of welding, deburring and assembling technologies by industrial robots.

CFD SIMULATION STUDY OF AIR FLOW AROUND THE AIRFOIL USING THE MAGNUS EFFECT

Print

The article presents a simulation study of air flow around the airfoil equipped with an additional rotary element, using the Magnus effect to change the air flow around it. For this purpose, a two-dimensional computational model for the airfoil without and with the moving element was made. The model was based on the airfoil NACA 8-H-12. The article describes a method of creating a model in two versions: without moving computational grid and with moving computational grid. Studies were carried out for a typical flow rate corresponding to the flow velocity around the gyroplane in a nominal flight speed conditions. Article shows a comparison of flows in both cases, and assesses the impact of the geometry that use the Magnus effect on the work of airfoil.

FORMING OF THE SEMISTRUCTURED DATA DYNAMIC INTEGRATION MASH-UP SYSTEM CONTENT

Print

This paper describes the method of forming a united dynamic data set that has the general structure and only content. The procedure of forming the triplets with the structure "subject-predicate-object" with the received input information resources descriptions has been proposed. The formula of calculating the similarity factor of user query with information resource semantic metadata has been presented. The structure of the semistructured data dynamic integration system that used “Mash-Up” technology has been designed.

THE MODEL AND FUNCTION OF QUALITY ASSESSMENT OF IMPLEMENTATION OF DESIGN PATTERNS

Print

One of the ways of providing high internal software quality (that is a source code) is using design patterns. The article aims at presenting a suggested model which enables one to assess the quality of implementation of design patterns. The model assumes verification of different aspects of the patterns and a numeric expression of the obtained results. The analysis of the obtained results may show the occurrence of certain problems which are difficult to be identified during code review or testing.

THE METHOD FOR DETECTING PLAGIARISM IN A COLLECTION OF DOCUMENTS

Print

The development of the intelligent system for searching for plagiarism by combining two algorithms of searching fuzzy duplicate is considered in this article. This combining contributed to the high computational efficiency. Another advantage of the algorithm is its high efficiency when small-sized documents are compared. The practical use of the algorithm makes it possible to improve the quality of the detection of plagiarism. Also, this algorithm can be used in different systems text search.

MODELLING OF UAV'S COMPOSITE STRUCTURES AND PREDICTION OF SAFETY FACTOR

Print

The paper presents possibilities of composite materials modeling using SolidWorks enviroment on example of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle wing structure. Mechanical properties of composite materials used in UAV's and process of modeling such structures in SolidWorks are described. The research problem is CFD and strenght analysis of considered structure in SolidWorks Flow Simulation. Different displacement, stresses and safety factors values were obtained for analysed types of loads. The presented approach was used to develop aircraft wing for Air Challenge 2015 competition.

INTERACTIVE METHODOLOGY FOR SPATIAL REPLICATION AND RESEARCH

Print

The paper outlines geographic search technology as the future of research methodology. Due to the importance of geographical environment in the routine issues, the close connection between spatial extension and most of the phenomena running over the world, the geographic query process turns to be key factor in overcoming hazard decision-making and evaluation. We describe a two step process where derived output from spatio-textual research could be largely disseminated by spatial replication techniques. Spatial research differs in that it requires a combination of text and geographical data. The mathematical formula to calculate distances derives from the assertion that the Earth is nearly spherical (ignoring ellipsoidal effects) so great-circle distance formulas give the distance between points on the surface of the Earth correct to within 0.5% or so. Based on the search range and limit, we introduce the Cosine algorithm who offers better speed performance and data retrieval accuracy. Retrieved data exploit spatial replication technique potentiality. When it comes to spatial data we deal extensive amount of information. Web Gis Albania is an informative platform initially structured for academicals purposes further enriched with modules which support the spatial data circulation.

FORECASTING GDP GROWTH RATE IN UKRAINE WITH ALTERNATIVE MODELS

Print

The problem of constructing mathematical model for short-term forecasting of GDP is considered. First, extended autoregression is constructed that takes two additional independent variables into  consideration. The model resulted provides a possibility for generating short-term forecasts of GDP though not of high quality. Another model was constructed in the form of a Bayesian network. The model turned out to be better than the multiple regression, it provides quite good estimates for probabilities of GDP growth direction.
